Resume the relay
Resume audio in both directions after a pause.
This does not unmute either leg; mute
settings applied before or during the pause remain in effect. Works on both a per-call
relay and a standalone ws session.
A 202 response confirms admission.

Request
This endpoint expects an object.
operation_uuid
Optional command correlation UUID. Reuse it within 10 minutes only when retrying the same pause, resume, or relative-seek admission; reuse for a different command is rejected. It is not a general idempotency key or a resource name.
